Email hello@externum.dev with “ShiftWink” in the subject. Include your app version, Android version and the steps that caused the problem. Remove private income information from screenshots unless it is needed to explain your request. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Subscriptions
Google Play displays available plans and their final prices before purchase. Manage or cancel an existing subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting a ShiftWink account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Your records
Income and deduction figures are estimates based on your entries. They are not employer payroll records, tax forms, tax filing or personalized financial advice. Review exports against your employer or business records.
